Pineridge Cares
Housing stability with dignity and community for adults navigating life transitions —
including displaced women and young adults aging out of foster care.
Pineridge Cares
We provide motivated adults a place to build a stable, prosperous future.
Housing That Bridges the Gap
Pineridge Co-Living provides safe, structured, shared housing for adults in transition.
We are not a licensed care facility or boarding home. We serve people who are capable
of living independently but need a stable, supportive environment while they rebuild
their lives.
This page is designed for referring agencies, churches, nonprofits, and public funders
who want reliable, dignified housing options for the people they serve.
Who We Serve
Primary Populations
- Women transitioning from unsafe or unstable living situations, including those exiting domestic violence
- Young adults (18–26) aging out of foster care or kinship care
- Adults rebuilding stability after major life transitions (job loss, divorce, relocation)
- Working adults needing safe, all-bills-included shared housing during income changes
We Are Not a Fit For
- Minors (under 18)
- Individuals requiring medical supervision or personal care services
- Residents whose needs are better served in licensed assisted living or boarding homes
This clarity protects clients, agencies, and our community. We focus on adults who can live independently within a structured co-living environment.
Why Agencies Trust Pineridge
Safe, Structured Environment
Clear house expectations, quiet hours, and common-area guidelines create a predictable
atmosphere where residents can stabilize and focus on next steps.
Operational, Not Clinical
We provide housing, structure, and community — not medical or personal care services.
That means fast placement decisions and less red tape for referring partners.
Placement-Friendly Membership Model
Our membership approach simplifies move-ins and move-outs. No long leases, no hidden fees,
and transparent expectations for both residents and partners.
Young adults aging out of care and displaced women are significantly more likely to experience
homelessness without safe, shared housing options.
Pineridge exists to close that gap with dignity and community.

Community Sponsor Circles
A way for businesses, small groups, and community partners to make a tangible impact.

How Referrals Work
We keep our referral process straightforward so caseworkers, pastors, and program staff can
move quickly when someone needs housing.
-
1. Submit Referral
Complete our referral form with basic client information, current situation, and timeline.
-
2. Eligibility & Fit Screening
We review fit based on age, independence level, and house culture. If we are not the right
setting, we will communicate that clearly. -
3. Placement Decision & Move-In Plan
Approved referrals receive a clear next-steps plan including available move-in dates,
membership costs, and house expectations.
Stability in Real Life
“J” – Aging Out of Care
J. aged out of foster care with no family safety net and limited income. At Pineridge, she
found a furnished bed, clear expectations, and a stable home base. Within 60 days she
secured steady work and a plan for her next housing step.
“S” – Displaced by Crisis
After a sudden relationship breakdown, S. needed a safe place to land that wasn’t a shelter.
Pineridge provided a room in a quiet house with other adults focused on rebuilding.
The stability of predictable housing allowed her to focus on counseling, work, and recovery.
Stories are representative of the types of residents we serve. Names and identifying details
are changed to protect privacy.
Safety & Compliance
While Pineridge operates as co-living, not as a licensed care facility or boarding home,
we take health and safety seriously.
- Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in appropriate locations
- Regular checks of common areas, kitchens, and bathrooms
- Clear house guidelines for guests, quiet hours, and shared space use
- Residents are adults capable of independent living in a shared environment
- No personal care or medical services are provided on site
- We coordinate with partners when a higher level of care is needed
