Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Pineridge memberships, move-in costs, weekly pricing, community standards, and fit.
Getting In
Two ways to get started:
- Schedule a conversation via our booking page
- Complete our interest form at pineridgeliving.com/pineridge-intake-form
We start with a phone screening, then a fit conversation or tour, then background screening before approving membership.
Our process is designed to protect the peace and safety of the home:
- Phone screening β a friendly conversation about your lifestyle, goals, and housing needs
- Fit conversation or tour β we confirm mutual compatibility and walk through expectations
- Background screening β every member completes screening before approval
Screening focuses on behavioral compatibility and ability to live independently β not on any protected class. This is also your chance to decide whether Pineridge is right for you.
It depends on room availability and how quickly screening is completed. Once your membership is approved and a room is confirmed, we move quickly.
If you have a tight deadline β relocation, housing transition, or referral timeline β let us know upfront.
NO β submitting a form or scheduling a conversation does not guarantee approval, placement, or membership.
Membership decisions are based on availability, overall fit, and alignment with our community expectations, safety standards, and independent-living model.
Fit decisions are behavior-based and safety-based only β never based on any protected class. Disqualifying factors may include:
- History of violent behavior
- Repeated removal from prior housing for conduct issues
- Documented property destruction
- Inability to comply with independent living standards
- Active substance use that would compromise community safety
- Need for medical care, supervision, or personal assistance services
Getting started is straightforward.
- $75 Application & Screening Fee
- $250 First Week Membership Payment
After move-in, members transition to their regular weekly membership rate.
