Pineridge Co-Living provides safe, structured, shared housing for adults in transition.
We are not a licensed care facility or boarding home. We serve people who are capable
of living independently but need a stable, supportive environment while they rebuild
their lives.

Who We Serve

Primary Populations

  • Women transitioning from unsafe or unstable living situations, including those exiting domestic violence
  • Young adults (18–26) aging out of foster care or kinship care
  • Adults rebuilding stability after major life transitions (job loss, divorce, relocation)
  • Working adults needing safe, all-bills-included shared housing during income changes

We Are Not a Fit For

  • Minors (under 18)
  • Individuals requiring medical supervision or personal care services
  • Residents whose needs are better served in licensed assisted living or boarding homes

This clarity protects clients, agencies, and our community. We focus on adults who can live independently within a structured co-living environment.

How Referrals Work

We keep our referral process straightforward so caseworkers, pastors, and program staff can
move quickly when someone needs housing.

  1. 1. Submit Referral

    Complete our referral form with basic client information, current situation, and timeline.

  2. 2. Eligibility & Fit Screening

    We review fit based on age, independence level, and house culture. If we are not the right
    setting, we will communicate that clearly.

  3. 3. Placement Decision & Move-In Plan

    Approved referrals receive a clear next-steps plan including available move-in dates,
    membership costs, and house expectations.

Safety & Compliance

While Pineridge operates as co-living, not as a licensed care facility or boarding home,
we take health and safety seriously.

  • Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in appropriate locations
  • Regular checks of common areas, kitchens, and bathrooms
  • Clear house guidelines for guests, quiet hours, and shared space use
  • Residents are adults capable of independent living in a shared environment
  • No personal care or medical services are provided on site
  • We coordinate with partners when a higher level of care is needed
